This policy explains what we collect when you use aaraabuilders.com, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

aaraabuilders is a construction studio based in Mannargudi, Tamil Nadu, India. For anything in this policy, write to hello@aaraabuilders.com or message +91 93426 26699.

What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form

• Your name and phone number (required, so we can reply)
• Your email address, if you give it
• Details about your project: location, plot size, type of building, rough budget, timeline, and anything you write in the message box
• Technical details sent automatically by your browser: the page you came from, and your browser and device type

When you simply browse

• Which home types, films and pages you open. This is stored against a random session identifier, not against you, and it tells us which designs people are interested in.
• Your theme preference and a small marker so we do not show you the same WhatsApp prompt twice. These are kept in your own browser and never leave your device.
• Google Analytics cookies, which count visits and tell us which pages are useful. See Website analytics below.

We do not collect payment details, government identity numbers, or your precise location.

Why we collect it

• To answer you. That is the only reason we ask for your name and number.
• To prepare for a conversation — knowing the plot size and budget before we call saves you repeating yourself.
• To understand which designs interest people, so we build the right things.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you choose to submit the form.

What we never do

• We never sell your details.
• We never share them with other builders, agents, or lead-selling companies.
• We never send you marketing you did not ask for.

Who can see your information

Your enquiry is stored in a database hosted by Supabase on servers in Mumbai, India. Only the aaraabuilders studio team can read it.

If you choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Our website itself does not send anything to WhatsApp unless you tap the button.

Our website is delivered through our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving those fonts.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through this site — which pages get read, which home types get opened, and whether an enquiry was sent. It tells us how many people did something, not who they are.

Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and receives your IP address, which Google shortens before storing. We have not enabled any advertising-personalisation or data-sharing features within Analytics. You can opt out entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by using your browser’s private mode.

Google’s own handling of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising

If you reached this site through a Google advertisement, Google may set cookies to measure whether that advertisement led to an enquiry. You can control this at Google My Ad Center and opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we might reasonably still be of use to you, and no more than three years after our last contact, unless you become a client and we need the records for the project. Anonymous browsing statistics are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your details entirely,
• stop contacting you.

Write to hello@aaraabuilders.com and we will act within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking will never affect how we treat you.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Our database is configured so that the public website can only write enquiries to it and cannot read them back — so even if someone copied the keys out of our web page, they could not download your details. No system is perfect, but we have taken this seriously.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
